Joylyn's Newborn Session • Baby Photography Studio Calgary

I'm overdue in posting this blog, but it doesn't make me any less excited to share these beautiful photos that resulted from a gorgeous Newborn Session. It was a huge honour for me to meet this little one. She is the daughter of high school friends of mine. 

I have done many newborn sessions that involve the youngsters of friends I went to school with or knew in my childhood years. I always consider it a huge honour, and it is exciting to welcome and introduce the next generation through Newborn Photography. 

Meet Joylyn. This perfect little chunk was welcomed into the world by parents of whom I have known since I was in my early Elementary years. I remember having sleepovers at Amanda's house, and playing games like "Corners" and "Capture the Flag" during recess with Jesse & Amanda. 

Since both Amanda and I share the same name (are you confused yet?) we were known as Amanda B. (myself) and Amanda K. for most of our school years. 

I think it's amazing how life has these milestones. It feels like just yesterday that I was romping through the playground with these two wonderful people as kids. Now, we all sat in a circle on the floor of my studio and marvelled over the newest little human. It's almost surreal.
