When should you book your family photography session?

✓ In advance.

My outdoor season spans from April to October, during the warm months when the weather is enjoyable. Because my Family Session is seasonal, it tends to fill up quickly. There is varying beauty between Spring, Summer and Fall that make the perfect backdrop for your family portraits.

✓ Guaranteed scheduling.

You can book a family session at any time of the year to secure your spot on my calendar. I only book a few sessions per month, so my calendar is flexible in the event your original date requires rescheduling due to poor weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

In The Know

When Should I Book My Family Photography Session?: I recommend booking your session at least 2 months in advance. I only book a small number of family sessions per month to accommodate for poor weather if need be.

Family Sessions are shot outdoors between the months of April to October, and these spots fill up quickly! Some families book up to a year in advance.
How Do I Book My Family Session?: Contact me by email and I will personally respond to you within 1-2 business days (usually within 24-hours). Please visit my investment guide for pricing information. Session Fee and Session Agreement are required to confirm your booking.
What Should We Wear?: You will be guided one-on-one to choose what outfits to bring to your session. You'll also receive a helpful guide to give you some inspiration.
Can We Bring Our Dog?: Absolutely! They are just as much a part of the family as everyone else. Please be sure to bring along what you need to clean up after your pet.
How Many Photos Will I Receive From My Session?: You will decide how many images you would like to purchase at your Ordering Appointment. My collections have 5, 15, and 30 images or more.
How Long Does It Take To See My Photos?: Your Ordering Appointment will be scheduled 1-2 weeks after your session date. This appointment is where you place your print order and image selections. My editing process can take up to 4 weeks.
What Products Can I Order?: I offer many different wall art options, albums and fine art prints to choose from. I have partnered with industry-leading labs to ensure that your products will be long-lasting and stand out in your home. For my full list of package options and pricing, please contact me.
How Do I Order My Images & Products?: This is the best part! 1-2 weeks after your session, we'll schedule your Ordering Appointment. This is where you'll choose the images and products you would like to purchase from your session. You only take home what you LOVE!

Ordering Appointments can be hosted in my studio, or via online video chat, or I can come to you and help you piece together beautiful products that will go perfectly with your home.

The most satisfying and exciting part is seeing it all put together! This is where you get to hold your custom album in your hands and see that portrait up on the wall. A job well done is a job seen through!
