Everyone's journey into parenthood is different, and part of my job as a newborn photographer is capturing that story in the newborn session! Capturing this couple's maternity session was a very special occasion for both myself and especially for them. I was so excited for them, as they had worked so hard to achieve this pregnancy! Being a part of this extraordinary journey with them meant a lot to me, and I wanted to give them the BEST experience and images they deserve.

A tiny, sweet baby girl came to my studio with her proud parents beaming! Finally,  they were parents! I remember having text conversations with Dad as they were preparing to meet their baby girl for the first time. They had tried so long for this to finally happen. Their emotions of both nervousness and excitement were very clear. If you think about it, those two emotions are very much the same! Just with different thoughts surrounding them. 

I was so smitten by this dainty little girl. She was absolutely beautiful! Mom and Dad made themselves right at home in my studio while I got straight to work shooting all the different setups I had set up for them. Mom brought along (most) of her syringes to use for a setup - a true story of the dedication and the extremely difficult journey they went through to conceive their beautiful newborn baby.

At their ordering appointment, I loved listening to them swoon and gush over their gallery. There are so many cute expressions! The family photos were absolutely gorgeous. I love how they are so snuggly; the love in this family is very evident and it was a true gift to witness!

Welcome to the world, little one. The world is a better place with you in it! Your parents adore you, and I certainly hope I get to see you again soon!
