Newborn Baby Photography Calgary, Alberta • Beautiful Baby Girl In My Studio!

After a beautiful calgary maternity session, it wasn't long before little Maisie entered the world. She was anxious to get started and arrived early but was a healthy and beautiful baby girl welcomed into the arms of her loving parents. 

I was so excited to have this family back for their newborn session! I love seeing the grins on parents' and siblings' faces when they arrive at the door, beaming with pride. I had done Wesley's newborn photos, and I couldn't wait to see how much his baby sister would look like him. 

It was like deja vu! The family resemblance is strong between these kiddos, but Maisie was definitely more dainty than Wesley was. She had the most delicious chunky cheeks and an adorable little nose. She was healthy and chunky; I couldn't wait to get started! 

The session went smoothly, even though Wesley felt a little bit shy and we had to get a bit creative with sibling shots. He's still a toddler himself, and (as we know) toddlers definitely have an agenda of their own. We work around it and find ways to make it work, and I think it ended up working out beautifully! 

I absolutely love this gorgeous gallery. I, again, must express how glad I am to have been chosen to capture these beautiful memories and turn newborn photos into something incredible and special for another family. Especially one that is close to me.
