One of the very first TikTok's I ever posted was an adorable video featuring this busy baby girl during her Newborn Session (Watch The Video!) Her newborn session was absolutely amazing, full of adorable expressions and a huge smile in one of this family's first photos together. It was such a wonderful moment to capture! (See Ainsley's Newborn Session here!)

The year flew by, as they always do, and I couldn't wait to have Ainsley in the studio once again for her Cake Smash. What a little spitfire she is! Mom warned me that she was a busy little one, and reminded me a few times that Ainsley had been dubbed as "Ainsley the Destroyer"! 

Mom was not wrong! Ainsley is a petite little girl with the sweetest little smile. But once you put her down, she is go-go-go! 

We started with some family photos before the mess ensued, which was a smart move on our part. The moment Ainsley got her hands on that cake there was no stopping her. There was not much left to the cake once she was done! 

I love this gallery (for many reasons) but the main one is the progression of mess in the photos as you carry on through the gallery. I nearly died laughing at the last shot in the gallery which Ainsley's cakey hair all askew and that big grin on her face! Boy, she had us rolling in laughter. She is such a funny and entertaining little one!

Penelope the Flamingo, who had made an appearance in Ainsley's newborn session, was also a part of the Cake Smash. Miraculously, she made it out uncaked as she sat a safe distance away in the background - haha! 

I absolutely loved this gallery. Mom and Dad had to do quite a bit of chasing, but it was definitely worth it and these adorable images are such a wonderful way for them to cherish these memories for years to come. Happy Birthday, little Ainsley! I had a blast with you and your family. Happy First Birthday and I hope to see this amazing bunch again soon!
