Beautiful Maternity Session with Cherry Blossoms

I've worked with this Mama several times before, but mostly with her beautiful twins. This time, Mom was made the star of the day and I was so excited to capture her maternity photos as she prepared to welcome a new little family member into the world. I always love working with her, she is so easygoing and kind. I look forward to our sessions every time and I am so thankful to have her as a client. 

I have always loved working with these wonderful humans, and I was so excited when I learned that a newborn was on the way. Addison and Tommen had their newborn, sitter and cake smash photos done by me. It's been incredible to watch them change and grow over the years, and I was so excited to see them step into their roles as big brother and sister as they prepared to welcome their baby sister.

I have to give this Mama huge props - with two busy toddlers already by her side and a newborn on the way, as a mom of only singleton babies I can't imagine what this entails! But moms are powerhouses, and I know that this gorgeous woman is fully capable of taking it all on (even if it just means taking it day by day!) 

I couldn't wait to meet this little baby, but I was so happy to capture maternity photos for this Mama this time. She is so beautiful, and I know that she will treasure these pictures for years to come (especially the ones of the twins running around her - how cute!) She had such a perfectly round bump, and after shooting some studio images we ventured out to the park where the cherry blossoms were. It was absolutely packed as everyone was trying to pictures with the gorgeous blossoms. But once we arrived, it was like the crowds parted. Mom just looked so gorgeous and elegant, and we were able to capture some absolutely stunning photos of her and the twins together and enjoy the beautiful evening. 

The crowds slowly dissipated over the course of the hour, leaving us to have the last (and best!) bit of golden hour all to ourselves as the sun glowed behind the pink-hue of the trees. It was truly a beautiful evening and gorgeous session. She was absolutely glowing, and I loved that we were able to capture the essence of Spring and the new beginnings it represents as we waited for baby to join us earthside.
