Capturing Calgary's Greatest Memories To Treasure & Cherish For A Lifetime

I first worked with Jasmin & Jordan towards the end of 2020 to capture their new engagement, as well as their pregnancy announcement as they prepared to welcome their firstborn son into the world. I was so excited to also capture their maternity & newborn photos! Jasmin & Jordan are a wonderful and very pleasant couple. I loved incorporating bits of their German heritage into their sessions.

Jasmin is such an incredibly gorgeous woman and I LOVED working with her during her maternity session. She had me cracking up at her funny jokes, and even told me a bit about her life growing up in Germany. My mother is German, also, so I enjoyed hearing more about the culture there. I've visited there only once when I was young, but I remember it being one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. The architecture and history is so fascinating!

Celebrating Pregnancy • Calgary Maternity Photographer

Jasmin is a beautiful woman, inside and out, and I thoroughly enjoyed capturing her maternity portraits for her to cherish and remember this special time in her life.

I was so excited when I was delivered the news of sweet baby Max's arrival. I couldn't wait to meet this beautiful baby boy! Dad, Jordan, is a firefighter and I was looking forward to using some of his gear to create a special setup for them - it turned out so cute!

Max had so much adorable, fluffy hair. I loved chatting with Mom & Dad while I worked with him in my studio. I was able to get quite a few setups with little Max! His parents loved his photos and it meant so much to me to hear their reactions to their images.

Jasmin & Jordan are also 'parents' to a couple of fur babies. It was important to them to capture some photos of their dogs, Nala & Ryley. It brought me sadness to learn of Ryley's passing just a few days ago, but I am comforted to know that this deserving couple has some beautiful pictures to remember him by. Rest in peace, Ryley. I could tell you were very loved and lived a long and beautiful life, and you will always be remembered by your devoted family. You were a pleasure to have in my studio and I am honoured to have been able to meet and photograph you during your family's proudest moments.

I love this beautiful gallery and know that Mom & Dad will cherish these memories for a long time. I am so thankful to have had the opportunity and privilege to work with them and hope that I will have the honour in working with them again soon.

That wonderful head of hair! I loved working with this handsome baby boy. So many adorable poses of this cutie! Newborn photography takes some patience but it's always worth it for the memories.

Max's Dad is a firefighter and I loved incorporating some of his work gear. Mom & Dad also brought along a jersey from their favourite German sport's team and I was happy to add my twist to that, as well. I love this gallery so much!

I absolutely adore these family images from this session. They are so beautiful, and it was so great to finally meet their baby boy! I loved working with this couple so much!

Memories to Cherish • Ryley & Nala

These two are the proud big fur-siblings to little Max. They are so dearly loved by Jasmin & Jordan. These moments already mean so much to this couple; I am honoured to have been able to capture these images for them.

When Should You Book Your Session?

I recommend booking your newborn session in advance, as soon as it is convenient for you. If you are in your second trimester, it is the perfect time to book.

I only book a small number of newborns per month. These spots often fill quickly, and I cannot guarantee any last-minute openings. Once booked, you are guaranteed priority dates for when your baby arrives, regardless of if your baby arrives early, on time, or late.

My session fee to book is $300 for Newborn Session (or $500 for Bump To Baby Plans with Maternity & Newborn Sessions). Products & digital images are purchased separately from the session fee, with customizable packages options that allow my clients to take home exactly what they love from their sessions and turn their most precious memories into perfect portrait art.
