After chatting on the phone with this beautiful Mama-to-be, I was so excited to capture and document her second pregnancy. Her voice was so calm and soothing on the phone, and I loved her personality. We clicked right away and I am so glad that she chose me to capture this beautiful time in her family's life. 

I loved watching her transform as her hair was done and make-up perfectly applied in the studio. She looked gorgeous in every gown she wore; I especially loved that she opted to wear my new black, mesh gown from Sew Trendy. It was a perfect fit; she was so elegant and I wanted a gown that would compliment that part about her. 

After we did a few solo photos, her daughter and husband arrived to join us for a few more studio photos. Then we headed outside. It was cold! It was the first day of the cold snap we had in February, but everyone put on their best poker face and braved the frigid temps for a few beautiful outdoor photos. We had just had a fresh snowfall the night before and the trees looked dreamy and beautiful; even though it was cold it was very beautiful! 

Big sis was a little bit shy but she did so well; I could tell she was very excited to meet her new sibling!

I am so glad that this family chose me to capture their photos; I couldn't wait to find out if they were having a baby boy or girl. My guess was a girl... but I am always wrong! I looked forward to the newborn session!
